-- QServer now responds to personal queries.  You must first send him a
':mod qserver' and then messenge him as normal.
-- QServer also will only respond to people on his oplist, which consists of
eve ryone in :?:.  If you're in :?: and it's giving you an error, lemme know.
-- Also, everyone on the oplist can change the settings in the Censor mod.
I'm not very good at writing documentation, but for what it's worth there's
some help here
