B&C is alot like XCom, a bit like Frozen Synapse, a bunch of squad based loadout marketplace and RPG elements and fairly quick missions. There is quite a bit of customization for your weapons, gear giving buffs and negatives to stats. The game also features a lot of real world high-end small arms.

There is currently about dozen different level sets, all with unique tilesets and progressively varying terrain and baddies. several different difficulty settings, a lot of replay value I've also found thus far.

Mission rewards are dependent on performance, basic indicators. Hardcore & Softcore character deaths are avialable- Die forever or just for the mission depending on how you want your squad to be.

Several country SF are avialable for squad creation (more then one squad avialable at a time), each seem to get their countries rifle/basic eqp. of choice in the beginning, which is good attention to detail.

If you really liked the core combat system of Xcom, and can for-go all the base building as well as Sci-Fi elements and go for just character customization and being in the current era. I do also recommend it if it goes on sale and any one likes a good RPG-TurnBased-SquadCombat game.

Wow i've seen games that cost $60 that have less then this game does and I got it for less than $4. Graphics are below average, to be expected, but that's not why anyone is buying this game. They're buying it because it's an extremely fun, rewarding turn by turn strategy game that literally anybody can pick up and start playing. Great game

Addicting, Can try different play throughs with different people and experiement with movements and determining what the AI might do.

Really Amazing Game!!! Keep up the good work :). 1 thing - Could you add SFOD-D (Delta Force) and the US Army Green Berets. Oh yeah, and the Marines! Can't forget GIGN and GSG9! You don't have to add al of them but just a suggestion. Anyways I love this game and I can't wait till the next update!

If you, like me, are a fan of the genre (tactical turn-based squad strategy games) then this is definitely a gem!
Similar games: SWAT 2, Jagged Alliance, XCom-series, Deadline, Door Kickers, Arma Tactics

However! In comparison to most of them, this game lacks alot of complexity, depth, the missions in this game are quite small. It is rather a small game focused on the encounters, plan your attack and execute it.

The tutorial was very easy to understand, the game interface is simple and intuitive.
The sheer amount of equipment available makes it interesting to replay missions, being able to try new tactics to finish them.

Graphics are quite nice.
Sound/music is good.
Character customization feels adequate.
Good weapon customizations.

I understand that the game is converted from mobile, which seems like a good job, however some more hotkeys would be lovely.

Reminds me in a good way of classics like SWAT 2.

Finally someone who is able to revive the genre! This game coupled with Door Kickers are the only hope left.

Definitley not very entertaining. It was on sale and i bought it but still the graphics are terrible and the gameplay doesnt really feel like you need to be tactical about things just click and your soldier does everything else how boring. gonna get a refund on it if i can

Pretty good tactical game little bit like frozen synapse or xcom. Visually doesn't look that great but gameplay is very solid and can give you some fun for log hours :) lots of missions and modes to play ant test your skills, very satisfying when you execute your plan perfectly :)

What is Breach & Clear?

Breach & Clear is a tactical top-down squad-based stratergy game. The goal of the game is split into 3 Types! You have the (Lets call it) Terrorist Elimination where you have to clear each room and area of terrorists; Bomb Defusal, where you try find the bomb hidden in one of many rooms and when you do find the bomb, you have 25.00 seconds (5.00 seconds per phase) to defuse the bomb and/or defend the bomb whilst 1-3 other soldiers defuse it; Then you have Escape Plan, Terrorists have attacked the building your sqaud was in (why they were in there is a mystery) and your 4 squad members are spread around the buildings and have to fight their way to the extraction point.

Why SHOULD you buy it?

Its Quite a fun game that only hardcore RTS or Hardcore Stratergy would fully enjoy. If you aren't a hardcore RTS/S Gamer. THEN BREACH AND CLEAR IS NOT RECOMMENDED FOR YOU.
