- From Madison: Take highway 12 west through Cambridge until you reach Hwy 26.
drive under Hwy 26 and you'll see it on your left.
- From Milwaukee: Take I-94 west. Exit south on Hwy 26. Drive past Jefferson and
when approaching Fort Atkinson, stay on the by-pass - do not turn onto business 26.
Exit onto highway 12 and drive east. It will be on your left.
Bill and Julie Sorrel live at W4745 Fremont Road. Their house is in the town of
Cold Spring, which has a population under 100, and so their address is listed as
Whitewater. Cold Spring lies between Fort Atkinson and Whitewater on County Highway
N. You'll know the Sorrel residence by its stone wall facing Fremont Road, a concrete
silo next to a red barn, and the infamous "Sorrel Masonry" hanging from the silo.
- From the Hotel: Drive east on Madison Avenue. Turn right so you're heading
south on Main St. At the fork in the road turn left. Now you're on Whitewater
Ave. Turn left on County Hwy M. Turn right onto County Hwy N. Turn left onto
Fremont Road, which is the first road in the town of Cold Springs. The
Sorrels live at the elbow of Fremont - drive into their driveway instead
of turning left.
- From Whitewater: Exit the town going northwest on County Hwy N. When you
reach Cold Springs, drive past the golf course on your right and restaurant
on your left. Turn right onto Fremont Road. The Sorrels live at the elbow of Fremont - drive into their driveway instead
