These are screws.

When you buy drives in bulk, you eventually discover that not only do they not come with the fancy packaging of their more elaborately marketed brethren, but they also don't include hardware. If you're buying this many drive screws, I assume you have a lot of drives to install. I'm not sure how many variations of these exist in the world, but these do what they are supposed to do. I did drop one or two, because they're tiny, and really impossible to see on the wrong kind of floor. So basically be more careful than I was. Luckily there are 100 of them. I also threw one at a coworker, which he didn't appreciate. But it didn't cause any damage because of it's tiny size.

These screws fit my ASUS Laptop just fine...

Exactly what I needed for my ASUS Laptop- Model A55A-AH31, with a 15.6" screen.
I had previously lost two screws from my hard drive caddy, and was using duct tape
to keep it together. Not a very good idea, I know- but it held it together until
these screws arrived in the mail.
I used a magnetized Phillip's screwdriver to screw the screws
into the holes, which did not take very much time.
