Meets all your everyday needs.

I purchased this item on the Microsoft Store for the 12 days of Christmas sale.

The version I purchased was the signature addition so there was minimal bloat ware that came with the computer which is a big plus. My first impression is that it is a light stylish computer. The computer is very well built. It took about 10 minutes to get this computer up and running which is pretty damn quick. Once up and running this computer performs pretty damn well for the price. It's fast enough and has enough memory to do anything with it except for the advanced stuff like music/video editing, video gaming etc. but for all the regular stuff like browsing, downloading/listening to music, streaming, email etc. it is very adequate. The touch screen is very responsive and the 360 degree screen is a great compliment.

The only thing I would want to add to this computer and would actually make this laptop look better is a back-lit keyboard.

Wow. Decided to go a little cheaper this time and no regrets so far. Laptop is as fast as needed and all in all best laptop in the game. Smooth design. Fully functional with no hick ups, it performs in any which way I want it to. As an owner of an 8 inch Acer tablet, I thought it would be cool to have a 15 " tablet to read my kindle books on and I can honestly say it was way cooler than cool. To have a portable laptop and then a huge tablet to read in bed is just Wow. A must have for any laptop needs. The Asus Flip is the best I've ever bought so far. The best in the game.

Best Feature. Unplugging the full battery and smiling as it tells you it's at 98% and 6 or 7 or 8 hours remaining. The battery is a monster and I can make it through 4 classes of note taking without needing a recharge of the battery.

notes: Also the only laptop that flips a full 360*

This is NOT a light laptop as stated in the description!

There was conflicting information in the description of the product. In the details it said that the weight was 2 pounds but the shipping weight was 5 pounds. In fact the weight is 5 pounds. This difference is major. It is hard to use a 5 pound laptop in a tablet mode. Since I can only return the product if it arrived DOA, I am stuck with it.

Functionality seen fine but the on/off switch is located on the left front side of the case. Very easy when handling to mistakenly turn off in error.

Asus seems to have bad trackpads

I wish i could give a 5 star review, the PC is lightening fast, does everything i expected of it, the touchscreen is beautiful (with a bit of a narrow view field) and seems solid. BUT ... less than 2 weeks later, the touchpad mouse just stopped responding. Looking around, this seems to be an issue with Asus computers in general, they seem to crap out in various ways. I wish i had got one that only lost the fancy gesture capabilities, as i rarely if ever use them, but the pad just stopped working all together. It's the only complaint I have, but it's a big one.

Great Computer! It is a convertible 2-in-1 touchscreen with an i3 processor and 15.6-inch screen. I use it everyday and for work and it is really convenient. I also use it for multimedia to communicate with friends via social networking websites and the computer design is excellent! I've had it for about two months now and can't put it down.

I wanted something bigger than iPad and lower in price. Greedy right? My requirements are just watching tons of videos, netflix, prime videos and reading books. (I have office laptop and servers for real office work). I watch videos while washing dishes, cleaning kitchen etc. And read books before going to sleep. So, keeping the viewer in right position is very important.

This laptop exactly does what I wanted to do. And it is 15.6 inch which is good for my aging eyesight. Sound is great. Easy to copy files (hate copying files in tablets) Easy to handle (it wont be as light as ipad. I should not expect it to be carried with 2 fingers :) ). Easy to handle in the sense, u can fold to any angle and keep it at right position. I got a small free cardboard tray from costco and placed this laptop so that i can place it near kitchen sink etc without worrying about how dirty or wet the place is.

I save money, since I dont need to buy extra cover, keyboard etc.

I am extremity happy for the last 3 days (i just got this laptop 3 days back) because I am able to make my time more productive.

Probably the best deal and best purchase of this year. I cant believe that good values comes at such a less price. Thank you Amazon and Asus!

AFter a month:

It has 2 problems as many others indicated.

01. Wifi is poor. It covers very small distance only. If you have a big house then you need a wifi card replacement
02. The viewing angle is less.

But still good value for money.

Two words...LOVE IT!
It met my expectations and beyond. I just love this laptop. The touch responds well and I just have no complaints whatsoever. The price was awesome too, $100 less than the store. It's hard to find 15' touchscreens and when I did I couldn't resist but buy it. So there, you can take that to the bank!
