The charger stopped working after a month and a half. I brought it into Best Buy to have the Geek Squad test out my laptop and the charger. The representative told me that the charger was cheaply made and was broken. Additionally the representative told me that I will need to have my laptop fixed in the near future since it is not functioning properly. Apparently this charger broke my outlet. I would not recommend this plug!

This AC Charger for the HP Pavilion Laptop works very well. It is just like the one that came with my laptop. I purchased it as a spare and am very happy with it. I can use my laptop in two locations in the house with AC power without moving plug for power. I can leave one plug in my carry bag for when I travel and one plug at home.
