Excellent budget laptop

There was a small issue with shipping damage. This was quickly remedied.

This is not a powerful computer. It is very light weight and compact. It has enough speed to run most applications seamlessly. When running one program at a time, the burden rarely goes over 1.6 GB, so the 2 GB of memory is enough. The SATA port is SATA II, so this computer will never be a speed machine. For the price, it is great. With light use for school, primarily OpenOffice and Microsoft Office, the price, size, and long battery life are excellent.

Cute laptop

Bought this for an almost 8 year old. I would give it ten stars in the looks department. It has a matte and textured cover and a matte inside and the TouchPad is very easy to work with, due to the overall size of the machine. I also Hv an acer laptop, huge, heavy, shiny, difficult TouchPad due to the size and I'm a little envious of this little one. Performance wise, it surfs the Web well, played YouTube videos no problem, booted up easily after initial stuff, though I didn't time it. It's already wrapped up waiting to give it to my niece for Christmas.

Excellent Value & Works Great!

The laptop is light, has a nice touch-pad & keyboard. It has pretty good features, & everything works great with the Windows 8.1. It's an excellent notebook, especially for the price! can't beat it! I highly recommend it!

Acer Aspire E Laptop Review
