A good, swift laptop. The resolution is topnotch, however, the touch pad is twitchy. Wish there was some way to dial it down more. Also, there's no traditional left, or right buttons. It's all at the bottom of the pad. Other than that, everything is copacetic.

Very Nice Laptop

Nice Quality Laptop at a very good price. Celeron processor is a little slow, but in this price range and running Windows 7 (I hate Windows 8) this is an excellent buy. Also - no bloatware!! Only McAfee Security, which has a free trial, and can be uninstalled. Easy to set up, but it took over two hours to download & install all of Microsoft's updates. (Not Acer"s fault) . It also runs very cool. I haven't run down the battery yet, so I don't know what the run time is. Also has a front HD camera, great for Skyping.

Acer makes some of the best laptops. I own 2 different sizes. It has all the features I wanted except a lighted keyboard. My other Acer has that feature, which makes it perfect to use in a dimly lit room & the keys are soft & quiet.

Only had it for a few days until it shut off by itself unexpectedly. Wouldn't start up properly after that and just showed a blank screen. Acer laptops apparently have this problem.
