Solid product, company provides excellent support!

So I purchased this as an extra AC Adapter to keep at work for my Lenovo Y470. I experienced some minor interference issues when hooked up to a monitor over VGA. It made me a little nervous, but worked fine over HDMI so I didn't bother RMA'ing. Figured I got what I paid for and little issues like this would just come with the off-brand territory...?

6 months later I mentioned this issue in a review and PWR+ emailed me offering to send a replacement.

They promptly sent a replacement PWR+ adapter and IT WORKS PERFECTLY! I was very impressed by the way they proactively provided support for their product, especially so long after it's purchase.

Dealing with PWR+ support was much better and less hassle than I've had in the past with the big-name alternatives like Lenovo and Dell.
And since PWR+ specializes in power accessories (AFAIK), their products should work well. (So if you have an issue like I did, don't assume it's just because you get what you pay for, these things work perfectly! Let PWR+ know so they can help you.)

I've learned from this that just because these are off-brand adapters, does not mean that their quality or support is any less than the expensive brand counterparts. In fact it's likely better.

Will definitely buy PWR+ in the future. Likely very soon to replace an old Lenovo battery.. :)

Great replacement power adapter for Lenovo V570 and B570 laptops

My husband I both have Lenovo laptops and have had problems with the factory power adapters. We each had our adapter fail within the first year. They were replaced under warranty, but both have failed again. Since the factory adapters kept failing, we decided to try another brand. We've bought two of these and they're still working fine. They're more reliable than the factory adapters from Lenovo.
