Awful product and company

At first everything was great until about 2 and a half weeks of owning this product than, I went down stairs for about 30 minutes and left my laptop on, I started to smell plastic burning so I went upstairs to find the power adapter had melted. I contacted Metro Deal who agreed to refund my money for this product. They agreed as long as I sent the item back to them in which I did (with signature confirmation). When the item arrived to them I contacted the seller who said I would have a email confirmation regarding my refund. NO EMAIL and NO REFUND has been issued and now they are ignoring my emails. Watch this company.

Only worked for 7 months! The green light on the adapter stopped being its regular bright green light and instead it shows a very dim green light that flashes rapidly, so it no longer charges the laptop when it's plugged in. I contacted Optimum Solutions for a replacement, but they said they only reimnurse shipping fee for a product that is sold within 30 days of sales date. Not worth it.

Did not receive product as pictured! Very frustrating. In desperate need of new cord for my Asus Zenbook, ordered this and when it arrived it was completely the wrong prong. It was too big and not as pictured!! Super frustrating. How can I possibly reorder when it what is pictured is not what I get and now I have to hassle with returning and finding a new, correct charger.
