Too good to be true... and yet, it's true! Sort of.

I only purchased this because it was through Amazon and carried their customer protection. I was fully expecting to have to dispute this, but I figured it was worth a shot. To my surprise -- and "surprise" is putting it mildly -- it came practically overnight. (I ordered it on a Saturday afternoon and it arrived Monday.) I checked the specs on the adapter and they matched up perfectly with my OEM Lenovo-branded charger that came with my laptop, and the connector was the same size. Plugged it in, it lit up; plugged it into my laptop and it started charging again.

This is one of those "too good to be true" prices that you find online that turn out to be either price mistakes or scams... yet it was neither. I'm completely satisfied with it. Even if it doesn't last as long as a "brand name" charger, heck, I can get five or ten of these for the same price.

11 May 2011: After just a month of usage, the AC adapter suddenly stopped working at all. No green light on the adapter at all. I tried it on multiple known-good outlets and it's just plain dead. I have contacted the seller and to have it replaced under its 12-month warranty, and have received an RMA number. I will be shipping it back tomorrow. After the return process I will come back and update my review again.

Beware!! Fire Hazard

The charger worked okay for about 3 months. After about 3 months the charger would get very hot but it still charged. After 4 months the charger only worked after jiggling it around for a bit until the connection was made. Then after a few weeks of the charger actually caught on fire! The wire burned through the rubber and sparked. I immediately unplugged it. I would not recommend this product.
