Works like a charm

This product works exactly as advertised. There are no surprises, there are no gimiicks. It stays in place, but slides easily. The tilt range seems to be right on the money, though people that want to essentially flatten their laptop won't be able to do that. The maximum lift is about 6.5 inches. All in all I like this product much more than I expected to.

Good Quality Laptop Stand

The stand is very well made and adjusts through a range of angles from horizontal to about 70 deg down. Rubber feet keep it from sliding on your desktop. The only possible issue you may have is that the front lip of the tray (which keeps your laptop from sliding off if you tilt it down) may hide any LED's, switches or ports on the front of the laptop.

On my laptop it hides the power and disk operation LED's. Not a big deal for me.

This stand freed up my desk space and puts my notebook at eye level. My computer stays cool on it and is adjustable to many different angles. The base pads on the legs are extremely easy to adjust and seem to be made out of a nice matte rubber material that will not decay. Recommended product!

Received this the other day and put it up right away. It is being used on a 15" laptop and works well. It is easily adjustable to either an extreme angle (shown in the product picture) or to a level plane by moving the feet to the proper corresponding area on the curved metal legs. The air holes on the bottom are well placed and seem to allow enough air movement around the CPU and hard drive areas of the laptop.

CON:
Lip on the front to hold the laptop when at an angle could be a bit larger because if the laptop is beveled on the front edge it can tend to split off easier.

I recommend this holder for people looking for a solid metal stand for either a laptop or monitor.

Smart design and quality

It's a great design and seems quite durable. I've been using this with a 17" laptop for quite a while and have been really pleased. I was initially worried that the computer would be too big, but it's supported quite well and I haven't had any problems.

My favorite part is that since the supporting pieces are only in back, it's easy to tuck your keyboard underneath if you want to clear the desk and do some pen/paper writing.

I also like that it's made of nice materials and not junky plastic like so many others on the market, so I actually like looking at it.

Allows for the perfect angle
