I'm being just a bit lenient with the 3 star rating...The note Pad is Sturdy, and looks great... but I had several issues with this product....It took 8 attempts for it to go online. The main screen keeps fading in and out while trying to make or edit settings, have tried everything to no avail. And for whatever the reason, while in the settings mode filling out information, every time I would hit the ZERO, it would page over to my file index.
Purchased for my elderly mother to keep in contact with her family on face book and wish I had chosen a broader note pad. This note pad has very limited applications whilst in face book...But then to be honest, I just received the product and may have to just make some simple settings, though I doubt it, and like most Amazon purchases, nothing comes with instructions, so I can't trouble shoot nor find out just yet how to make these changes, if there are any?

Santa brought 3 of these for my 2 sons and nephew ages 9 and 6. I think what is important to know is that it runs just like an android phone. All 3 boys wanted to download minecraft, the one that runs on a normal desktop and were disappointed to find out it was the same version as their handheld devices. We did not have trouble connecting to the Internet and my 9 year old has been using it successfully to look at his lego instructions and build his Legos Santa brought. There is a type of word doc creator and spreadsheet so that has been keeping them busy. Overall if you are looking for a "real" laptop this is not what you should be purchasing.

You get what you pay for. Doesn't connect to Netflix

For what it cost it does somewhat was it was advertised to do. Have yet to ever get connected to Netflix via wireless or via wired. The default video player will not play most videos. I had to download VLC player for Android to get any of my videos to play.
