battery has been working better the OEM for over a year now

Lasts for a few hours, much better than the OEM.

I had one problem when the laptop drained it all the way to dead. Their helpdesk got back to me within minutes on a weekend with a simple procedure to get it working again. Basically remove it, and reinsert it. They also offered to replace if needed, but it wasn't needed.
Dell should just buy the originals from anker and maybe use Anker’s customer support team too.

Easiest warranty replacement experience I've ever had

Purchased this item in July 2013 and it worked well until Feb 2014 when it suddenly failed. A quick email to Anker got a quick response with a simple troubleshooting guide to verify it was indeed a failed battery. Once verified as a battery failure Anker paid for the return shipping and replaced it with a new unit. Unlike many other manufacturers the warranty replacement procedure was entirely without a hassle of any kind. I couldn't have hoped for anything better, and I was totally amazed by how quickly it all went. My first contact to Anker was on Feb 26th and I had a new battery by Mar 6th.

Anker 9 cell Dell Replacement Battery

Very pleased with the replacement battery for my Dell. I went with the 9 cell replacement for my old Dell 6 cell battery because I wanted a longer charge. The old battery didn't last long when it was new (4 - 5 hours) and the 9 cell shows almost 7 hours. It arrived as expected (on time and as described). I would buy this again and I recommend it.

Great replacement battery

My OEM Dell battery that came with my laptop was at the end of its life and lasting only about 30 minutes unplugged. I've had this battery for several months now and I'm still getting more than 6 hours on my laptop per charge. Huge improvement. For best results, you need to charge this battery for at least 12 hours and then run it down to less than 10 percent. Do this about 3 or 4 times and you should get some good life from this battery.

Replacement battery for Dell 1525 Inspiron

When first installed in my 1525 Dell Inspiron, this battery was not recognised by the computer and was not charging. On further inspection it was found to be not seated properly in the battery bay. I could not see any reason for the bad fit and after it was removed and reinstalled it worked and charged perfectly. I have since removed and reinstalled it a few times just to see if the problem still exists and it has worked flawlessly every time. This battery has now been in service for five weeks, the recharge time is normal and the run time depending on the applications in use, is from seven to ten hours.
With a 18 month warranty I could not want more.
This item was delivered on time, with good packaging and in good condition.
I am very pleased with this purchase and would recommend it to any friend.

Easy Fix

I ordered this battery and an Anker charger for my Dell 1545, both of which were worn out after 3 plus years of use. Slid out the old battery, slid in the new Anker and hit the on button. It booted up flawlessly. There are no issues with the laptop recognizing the battery or charger. Charging time and battery life appear to be as good as the original.

Just got it, have used it a week, works great, nicely packed and quicly shipped. I'll post more if anything changes, but this is the one to get for these Dell models.
I even got an E mail from the company asking me if I had any problems or questions about the battery - that's customer service you don't see much of these days..

Excellent Replacement Battery For Dell Inspiron 1545

I've purchased an Anker laptop battery for my wife's computer, in the past, and it has worked excellently. So, there was no hesitation of what to look for when my laptop's battery was no longer usable. I'm anticipating good usage out of this battery and, so far, with the WiFi on and browsing the internet (i.e. not watching movies nor playing video games), I'm running at 95% with approximately 7 hours and 47 minutes.

One other thing that I want to mention is that this is my second purchase through LaptopMate (purchase order fulfilled by Amazon.com) and I just need to tell folks that LaptopMate's customer service is phenomenal! They are on top of things and are there to answer any questions or concerns you may have, regarding your purchase, and they are extremely helpful in resolving any problems that you run into with the products they offer.

So, if you're looking for both a great product and great customer service, this definitely is the route you should consider taking.
