Works When Other Did Not

This was the second battery I purchased for my laptop. I won't mention the name of the other brand but it was not Anker. The first one did not provide enough power to run the laptop. The laptop would click off about every 5 minutes. I recieved this battery quickly and it was well packaged. I charged it without a problem and then installed it in the laptop, once again without a problem. I allowed it to run all of the way down and then recharged it to see if there would be any problems as I had with the first battery. There were none. The laptop worked until the battery was fully discharged and then it charged again without a problem. I've purchased Anker products in the past for other laptops and have always had good luck with them. You can't go wrong for the price.

I'm an I.T. technician and I have had on several occasions to buy laptop batteries for my clients. The first time. two years ago I saw Anker brand and it caught my attention because of its presentation seemed a good product. The difference in price with other generic brands was not large and I preferred to pay a little more for a higher quality product by others that he was not sure that would work. Finally I bought several of these batteries for different models of laptops and have never had problems with it quality, come with a great presentacion and most importantly, if you choose well the model of your laptop, I guarantee that it will fit perfectly in it as if bringing out the factory. In addition to the Anker battery I've purchased have recommended it to my friends whenever they need a battery for laptop, buy Anker, will not disappoint.

Very fast shipping, well packaged, and detailed, clear instructions on how to get the most out of the battery!

While we can't comment on longevity of the battery at this point, the fact that it's a higher mAh rating than the original is certainly a good start. It was well packaged, and instructions were outstanding! So often companies send products with little or no instruction included. But Anker provided clear instructions for how to initially charge the battery (take it down to 7%, fully charge with computer off, repeat two more times) - in order to extend battery life. When will other companies ever learn that making products to fail soon after warranty is NOT the way to get repeat business and loyal customers? When our other laptop battery dies, there is no question that we'll find the equivalent Anker battery for it. Why mess with another company when we know we've found one that truly takes care of its customers and makes what appears to be a high quality product. (The very high reviews seem to mirror our experience, and suggest that the battery life, when properly cared for, is far better than the OEM Toshiba this one replaced.)

Follow instructions on charging the battery

At first I was worried by how fast the battery lost charge, and the PC monitor rated the battery as fair.
After following the instructions on charging the battery, and after the third time charging as per the instructions, it now lasts for three to four hours.

I read a lot of reviews for the various replacement batteries for my wife's laptop, and was initially going to buy the Toshiba brandname replacement but after reading the feedback from others, decided to go with this product. Good Choice! Great Quality, perfect fit, charges and works at least as well as the original equipment, and cost was very reasonable. Don't hesistate - you can go with this one!
