The product itself was okay which is why I'm giving it three stars. However, it took about a week to ship and when the item got here it still had the previous user's password. I had to reset everything, which took a while, in order for me to even begin using it. Otherwise the little tablet/laptop is good for school tasks.

Not happy with this laptop at all. It worked great for about 2 days. Then it stopped turning on and now it does not respond at all. Took it to have it looked at and found out it was a common defect with this model. Wasted money. Do not buy. Spend the extra and get a reliable tablet/laptop.
