Pretty good product

So, I've only had this table for a day and I like it pretty well so far. There are two major drawbacks for me that keep it from getting 5 stars. The first was fairly easily fixed by my husband and that was that the table legs are way too tall, even at the lowest height, for when I sit on the sofa. It put my laptop keyboard chest level, which was too high. I'm attaching a picture so you can see that I had way too much clearance. However, we did what another reviewer said (same product but sold by a different seller) and that is we chopped a couple inches off the legs. Then my hubby screwed the extensions back on the bottom to make it stable so that the feet weren't rough. The second problem is that the plastic by the light is a bit rough and I have caught my compression gloves on it a couple times.

Those things aside, I love the fact that my 17" laptop, which I love dearly but is super heavy, is now off my arthritic knees. The fan is quiet, the light can be moved out of the way. There is storage available. You can incline the top and I may think about doing that but so far, haven't had much reason to. It does fit a 17" laptop just fine but it doesn't leave a lot of room for the mouse. I've attached a couple pictures of that so you can see just how much room you have with a larger laptop. Since I usually use the arm of my couch for my mouse, it's not a big deal to me that there's not much room for the mouse. However, if you like a lot room for your mouse, this might be a problem.

Overall, this seems to be a pretty good product and I hope it stands up well over time.

This is really great for the price. I have a small laptop and it fits just right. I really like the hidden compartments to put things in. I put my little mouse inside when I'm not using it and it fits great. It has many ways to adjust it and even if you don't have the legs down, it sits very nicely in the lap. I write a ton of essays in bed and it's very cozy and helps me stay productive.

I love this stand

I love this stand. It is lightweight, the fan is quiet and it sits well on my bed. I like the storage underneath the mousepad and having the mousepad built in was genius. Despite it being a small table, I am able to use my 17" laptop on it comfortably with the fan part inclined, leaving room for my mouse. If I do not incline, I'd have very little room but it works for me.

My only complaints are that the legs feel a little cheap at first (As far as how they fold), but they seem to be holding up well. I actually like folding them up and setting the whole table on my lap, which is still comfortable.

The light is nice, but since it has a short stand it only shines light on one side of the keyboard, and when I put my hands on the keys to type, I block the light with my left hand and cant see the rest of the keyboard, so it needs to be angled just right, but could be a little longer so I can mold it over the keys, and not on the side.

Not Amazon quality, No free return.

The stand is cheap plastic and not the quality I expected from my previous purchases from Amazon over the past many years. This product smells bad coming out of the package. Since it was not from Amazon, I have to pay to return the item. The height is adjustable but only for 3 different heights, the one shown (9.84"), the one completely folded up (2.56"), and then on the smaller, weak legs stored inside the legs shown (14.96"). Legs are cheaper plastic and not sure I would trust my laptop/notebook on it.

Great laptop table!

Perfect table for my use. Placing it on a table while I am standing puts my laptop in range for my glasses. The legs have two heights. I use the lower setting. Tried the higher position but it was too high for my need. I do not use the mouse pad on the side but it's good for placing notes. The fan is quiet and is an asset.

Pros:

1. Less Weight
2. Desk can be set at 2 different heights (foldable legs)
3. Occupy less space when not in use.

Cons:

1. Width of the platform is smaller to my liking, Laptop can tip down rearwards due to this limited width.
2. I am using a 15 inch Dell Inspiron and it occupies 40% of mouse pad area as well. It will be a problem when an external mouse is in use.
3. No locks for the legs, not a deal breaker but definitely it would have been comfortable if we dont have to check the position of legs, time to time.

Does the job

Good table for keeping your laptop when you are sitting on a carpet floor. It keeps the laptop at a suitable height so that you don't slump while using the laptop, which is essential for avoiding back issues. The mouse pad is good to have since you don't have to worry about keeping it on something else of a similar height. It is somewhat pricey for what it offers, but there aren't any other decent tables like this on amazon to my knowledge.
