It is a great laptop charger

The fact that you can change the plug head as well as change the angle of the plug head to suit different needs regarding the type and alignment need of the plug is a great feature. A very good velcro strap to keep the cord neat and a very nice black crushed velvet bag make this the best charger I have ever owned.

Super bummed as I need this product ASAP since my ...

This product looks exactly as the OEM charger that came with the original computer, however, it has a turquoise blue tip on the end of the plug insert that goes into the computer. It only works 25% of the time. The insert is SLIGHTLY mis-sized and therefore does not charge the computer reliable unless it is held at a specific angle for the contact points to align. Super bummed as I need this product ASAP since my old charger died on me. Wish It worked as advertised!!

This charger completely stopped working on me after 3.5 weeks. Had to order this one after the original cord (that the laptop came with) crapped out on me. I officially hate these chargers, or its my bad luck and I keep buying lemons, who knows? Ordered a new one today (not this style/model/travel charger).
