I purchased the: CiDoss Blue Universal Clip-on 180 Degree Fish Eye Lens+Wide Angle Lens+Macro Lens 3-in-1 Kit+Self Portrait Self Shot Monopod Selfie Stick With Phone Holder+Bluetooth Remote Camera Wireless Shutter.

This package is good. Used for iPhone 5, with no phone case on the iPhone 5, use Intelli Glass screen protector only on the phone.
Pros:
*Self Portrait Self Shot Monopod Selfie Stick With Phone Holder is excellent and works very well
*Bluetooth Remote Camera Wireless Shutter works well
*Macro Lens is very good, and the picture quality of pictures taken with macro lens are the best out of the three lenses
*The clip works well and is easy to use
*Price for everything is great

Cons:
*180 degree fish eye lens, leaves black ring around picture when use the fish eye lens
*Wide angle lens, some distortion on wide-angle shots (picture looks somewhat like the results of the fish eye lens), wide angle lens attaches and detaches from the macro lens, if you do not place the lens just right on the phone camera area, will have a black ring in the the wide angle shot you take. Also if you use the macro lens, it can be hard to unscrew off the clip (the macro lens gets stuck to the clip and because it's so small it's very difficult to get out), so make sure you do not over tighten the macro lens otherwise you it will be stuck on, and have to loosen with a pair of pliers.

One star docked for the lenses. The clip is almost circular, causing the lens to not lay flat at all, which is [obviously] necessary for optimal function. So unless you want to use two hands to take a photo (one to hold the lens up to the phone), the lenses are essentially useless.

Despite this, the tripod & remote alone are worth the $15 I paid for it. Both work great and I would definitely recommend them to other iPhone owners. The remote works just as promised and the tripod (particularly the mount) is surprisingly durable.

(1) The universal phone holder works well with my iPhone 4S. It allows you to securely mount phone on a traditional tripod too. I would give the phone holder 4 stars as a separate component.
(2) The flexible tripod seems substandard compared to the JOBY Gorillapod Flexible Tripod I bought years ago. One of the legs popped off far too easily as I was trying to shape it. Perhaps it is defective, so I will return it.
(3) The Remote Shutter I got was also defective. After reinstalling the battery several times, turning it off and on several times and checking the battery with a battery tester to determine that it was good, the LED never flashed as it is supposed to for pairing with phone. The quality of the plastic case seems cheap. Though probably adequate for light duty use.
(4) The wide angle lens works, but positioning it is tedious and insecure; it does not lock into place and the slightest misalignment will cause an increase of blackened corners on the photo/video. Also, the design of the clip prevents it from sitting flat over the phone lens which will likely distort the image; clip is designed for much thicker phones; leaving the case on the phone does help but will increase the distance of the wide angle lens from the phone lens which will increase the amount of blackened corners. The lens does produce blackened corners on your photos and videos, even when well placed. To get rid of this effect, you will have to zoom in on the image, which defeats the purpose of the lens. To get rid of all the blackened corners resulted in a gain of only about 10% field of view. Not worth the bother.

Bottom line: Nice idea...poorly executed.

The remote does not work. Even bought new battery. The lenses are fun, but clip moves too easily when attached to camera. But I wool definitely use the lenses. Telescope camera holder is cool. Not worth sending the remote back.

I bought this recently to make simple videos with my Samsung Galaxy Note 2, but I ended up having to return it. First off, the remote was dead on arrival. I messed around with it for a while, but nothing could revive it or make it work.

I didn't test the lenses, so I have no comment there. The part that holds the phone worked fine, but it did seem a bit flimsy. The knock-off Gorillapod tripod was the real deal breaker here. Even if the remote had worked, I would have sent this back because of the poor quality of the tripod. If you've ever used a real Gorillapod, you'd know they're pretty sturdy. They have enough stiffness to support a bit of weight. I used to work at an e-commerce company that sold them, and I've played with quite a few models. They were always built tough enough to support a bit more weight than they needed to. This tripod, however, kept falling over under the weight of my phone. Granted, my phone is a little larger than most - but it's not super heavy, and the model (Note 2) was specifically mentioned in the product title. I could get it to stand for a little while if I positioned the legs JUST right, but it never lasted for long, and the slightest table bump or adjustment would cause everything to fall over. I don't know about you, but I'd rather not break an expensive phone over a cheap tripod.

Overall, I'd recommend going with a better quality product. You can probably get away with this if you have a really lightweight phone, but I'd definitely not recommend it for those with Galaxy Note 2/3/4/Edges.
