It's a little too large for a 15.6" laptop, but that is not my main complaint. It says it's made of neoprene and it looks like it in the pictures, but once i got it it was clearly just cheap upholstery foam. It's very cheap, and i returned it.

Good for the price

I own the green version of this case. It fits my 15.6 inch Asus laptop with a little room to spare. The color of the sleeve is as pictures. The material is more cottony and less neopreney. I have a neoprene case from built for my netbook and this case doesn't feel as nice and not as thick and cushiony. But the price was right and it will protect my computer. It did include a grey velcro cable tie. Mine also had a couple reddish dots on it when it arrived but they came off when scraped with my fingernail. I would buy it again because it was reasonably priced.

laptops are square not round

This case is rounded at the bottom - laptops however are not. This means that the bottom 1-2 inches of the case are empty, because you cannot push the laptop into that area because it is not wide enough for the laptop to get in because they rounded the corners! because of that loss of 1 inch my 15 inch laptop BARELY fits in and i have to stretch the top to velcro it. Unfortunately this arrived like 2 days before leaving for vacation so I had to use it...I will be buying another one that is not rounded and actually fits the laptop. There is no way this would fit a 15.6" laptop unless your laptop has severely rounded corners!!
