Steer clear, you've been warned!

I would strongly suggest against buying this battery. While it lasts better than the original currently does (which is now down to about 5 minutes), it only lasted about 25 minutes (for a brand new battery?!?!), and the battery meter doesn't work (the light on the bottom). It won't ever reach a full charge (stops at 78%) after being plugged in and charging for a full day. After the unexpected shutdown (system still thought it had an hour and 20 minutes remaining), when I powered it back up (after plugging it back in), the OS says the battery still has a 66% charge on it. Oh, and to top it all off, it doesn't actually fit flush all the way across the bottom like it's supposed to. Yes, it was inexpensive, but it's not a quality product by any stretch of the imagination. Be forewarned.

If there is anything that was positive, it is that I was not given any issue about returning the product.

The first sign of an issue was that the power leds on the battery itself did not work, but I figured maybe that was just an issue with it being a third party battery. Battery would never charge above 93%. Running on battery, the laptop would shut down every 5 minutes, even though there was juice left in the battery. The battery indicator on the laptop flashes red, indicating a bad battery.Not sure how this battery passed inspection - the power LED indicators alone should have been a red flag.

I returned after two days. Luckily, Amazon made the return process easy and hassel free, and Amazon started processing the refund as soon as UPS scanned the item.

Unbelievable price. I have spent way more for cheaper, less dependable batteries in the past BUT this one finally appears to be the Real Deal!
No issues no problems and hasn't failed yet, as others have that I ordered in the past (not Amazon) from random battery wholesalers found on the 'web. Definitely, five-star-rating fr this Seller.

As good as can be expected

These batteries are not being produced anymore. Any stock being sold has probably sat in a warehouse for 6 years. Given this, it is perfectly fine that it holds about 70% charge.
