Order problems

The battery I received was not the battery I ordered and it did not match the picture on the website. I emailed them to notify them of the error with specific details and they responded asking for additional information. I emailed them pictures of the battery I have, the battery I received, a side by side comparison of the two and the picture of the battery I ordered on the website which matches the battery I have but not the one they sent. The battery has the connection terminals in different places and is of a slightly different size and does not physically fit in my laptop. Despite this clear and obvious evidence of what was probably just an honest mistake, they insisted in two subsequent emails that they made no mistake and they were either not willing or able to send me anything other than what I received. They did offer me a full refund which I will be promptly taking. It would have been easier and less frustrating for everybody to just admit they made a mistake. I will give them credit for their promptness in responding to multiple emails, but not much else.

Doesn't hold power

I have been VERY disappointed with this battery. It is worse than the one I am replacing it with and I will only buy name brand batteries after this bad experience.

The battery works perfectly with my laptop, but I wish that its life lasted longer than it does. It's probably just an issue with the old laptop model, so I just need a new computer. Lasts about 4 hours, depending on what you are doing.

Did not work well

Charge only lasted about 3.5 hours and the battery had a lot of communication issues w/ the laptop resulting in issues such as unexpected shutdowns with little to no warning, etc. Returned it.

Great battery replacement

Considering how hard it is to find a battery replacement for my Dell M6500 (did they just stop making these altogether), this vendor was a Godsend. It took longer than I expected to receive it, and it is clearly remanufactured - with some minor dings on the outside of the battery housing - which is on the underside of the laptop, so not important.

The important thing is that the batteries work - and my laptop is now again usable when I travel, which makes a huge difference.

Not comparable to DELL 9 Cell Battery

I really wanted to like this battery because of the price, but I guess you get what you pay for. After 3 charge cycles, I'm only getting about 2-1/2 hours of usage. Will be returning it for the guaranteed refund, which is the only reason I was willing to try it in the first place.
