My last laptop failed so I purchased this in hurry. I am more of desktop user because my simulations runs for days and for that laptop is not advisable. Before the purchase I was a bit skeptical about the product because this is my first refurbished product and I waited for 20 days to see the performance before writing the products. Here are some pros and cons I wish to mention

Pros:
1) Comes with the genuine windows. Fresh and ready to use after registration.
2) Hardware is good and same as mentioned in the list, no doubt in that,
3) Cheap and clean product, no scratches at all. Same as promised by company/reseller.
4) Sound system is good and all keys functional.
4) So far no problems at all.

Cons:
1) 128GB hardisk can be insufficient to those who like to store things in disk (not for me, I use cloud)
2) The arrow key sound is a bit more like underneath of it is hollow.
3) Battery drains in 1.5 hours and that is annoying for me. And if you are watching the video consider it less around 1hr 15 min precisely.
4) Doesn't come with driver CD and the earphones. Only laptop and charger is included.

PS: I didn't contact the re-seller yet, so I don't know about customer service. But it says 30 days guarantee.

It is a portable laptop. 128Gb is enough for business use. Core i5 is fast, no complaint at all! Love it.

good laptop

I purchased these laptops for my 2 children, ages 18 and 10. They were
easy to set up, and they are both thrilled at the great performance
and features on these devices. They are using them to view videos,
stream music, online shopping and banking. They absolutely love the
built in speaks. I had been looking for a great deal and I found it in
these laptops

Overall good product

The laptop itself- I really like the display, I am coming from a desktop with a larger monitor, but this still seems generously sized when I play computer games. And it's convenient and easy to carry.
