I like it, it is pretty good. It could be better, though. I got the Windows 7 Pro version and that was a big draw. It has a nice look and feel. Good keyboard. It is not as fast as I anticipated considering i7 and 8GM. But it is sufficient. Maybe it would be better with Windows 8? I don't know. I m a little underwhelmed, and think it is borderline 3 stars.

The biggest problem I have with it is it is LOUD. If you are on a website that make it work it has a very loud fan that runs a lot. If you aren't using the internet heavily, then it is pretty quiet.

Also, note it doesn't have a CD ROM/DVD! But, that is probably my fault for not looking at the specs more carefully, and isn't really a big deal for me.

All in all pretty good for the price, I paid $630. Amazon also says "by Dell" but it comes from some company called "Orange Connection" Shipping took about a week. I started looking into return policy, but I guess I will keep it because I am tired of looking for a computer and this is sufficient and it feels solid. It should last.

I got great support but a bad product

I am giving this system a poor rating because of the following issues I ran into:
1. I was only getting 9 months of warranty. The reason appears to be that the seller bought my unit from Dell on 5/20/2015, so the warranty expires on 5/20/2016, even though I bought it in August...
2. The system would not reconnect to WIFI after coming out of sleep. Rarely it reconnected after 20-60 seconds. Other times Windows would "fix the problem" by resetting the WIFI adapter, and it was able to connect.
3. When unplugging the system from wall power, the fan would immediately kick in and stay on high. It made it hard to work, and annoyed everybody around. Yes, it was that loud.
4. I called Dell support, they worked on it for ~2 hours, upgraded everything from BIOS to drivers, ran diagnostics, and removed all power-based optimizations, and just could not fix it.
5. In the end it was a huge waste of time for me, from buying, to troubleshooting, to cleaning up, to sending back.

To be clear, this is not a negative review of the seller at all.
Either I got a bad unit for the above reasons or Dell, most likely, is not really doing their job.
I claim that because in this case, the BIOS was on version 2 instead of 4, just about every system driver checked by Dell Support was out of date, and the system had the 2 hardware problems out-of-the-box, and not after extensive usage...

It is a great computer, and when I bought it was cheaper. Mine came with a single dead pixel in the middle of the screen that bothers me a lot, but I've checked Dell's replacement policy and they only allow you to give your pc back if theres 5 or more dead pixels. Another thing that bothers me a little with this product its the huge noise it does when unplugged from the jack, I dont know why it does it, but that cooler noise is really annoying... Besides those things, it is a wonderful product. Pay attencion because it doesnt have a CD/DVD, neither VGA port. The backlit keyboard was a nice touch for me.
