Awesome Cool And also Beautiful 2015 Newest Model Dell Inspiron 3000 Laptop

I owned one, and really like it, so I decided to buy more for my business. It is excellent for light office performance. With less than 500 bucks, No complains at all! Latest 5th Gen Intel Core i5-5200U processor is far more enough for a computer programmer too. The touch Display is awesome, can catch my point without hesitation and very accurate. It equiped with CD/DVD Optical Drive, USB 3.0, HDMI, Bluetooth, Webcam...pretty everything you need. Dell has good reputation in computer industry, and this laptop is typical

Maybe I got a lemon, but I can't recommend this model

This machine froze up the first day I used it, and the freeze-ups got increasingly worse. (The exact model is Inspiron 15 3000 3543). I ran a full system scan--nothing. I upgraded the RAM to 8 g--nothing. I tried the Windows 10 upgrade--The machine froze up three times. Every freeze up required a hard shut down. After about 20 hard shut downs and re-starts over a two week period, it became obvious that I had gotten a lemon--I'm assuming a bad hard drive.
In between freezes, it ran fine, but so what?
Maybe Dell had a bad run of these and I just got unlucky. But based on my experience, I can't recommend this one.
I returned the machine and replaced it with a $400 HP laptop that has 6 g RAM, an Intel quad core i3 processor, and a 1 terrabyte hard drive. It runs perfectly. I wonder if Dell quality is slipping?

Still trying to figure out how to get connected to my wireless modem. No problem with my other computers, just this one. Will not accept the password, which is clearly written on the side of the modem. No user manual. The only one I can find on the internet only shows how to fix the computer, not how to operate it.
