DOES NOT WORK I WANT A REFUND!

I was excited when this charger arrived because it means that I am finally able to charge my laptop which I have lost the original charger to. The laptop that I own is a Dell Inspiron i3531-1200BK 15.6-Inch Laptop. This charger should be compatible with my laptop, but when I plugged in the charger to my laptop, it does not charge. I want my money back please. Or at least send me something that works.
