Can’t describe how excellent this laptop is

First time got a Dell. So exciting! Can’t describe how excellent this laptop is! Not to mention the good price! The quality is so good and it looks so new. That’s why I strongly recommend this refurbished model. The good thing is that I never feel it’s refurbished. I really shouldn’t have paid for that much for my previous Lenovo.

Added more ram, which was very easy to do. So far the hard disk is speedy enough so did not have to spring for a SSD yet. Bummed that I can't read my kindle magazines on the kindle app on this machine, I can only read kindle books, so still need to use the ipad, which is lighter. Trackpad sucks, so have an external mouse. Thought I would use the touch screen more. Updated to windows 10 with no issue.

Good budget computer.

I have had this computer for a couple of months and find it to be a good budget computer. The size and form factor are good. For those wondering yes you can upgrade the RAM to 8 gb and the hard-drive to SSD. I did both right away and the speed is increased. Windows 10 works great on this computer.
