Verified Purchase

I've been a Dell customer for over 15 years and this was an absolutely HORRIBLE experience.
I took delivery of my new computer late Friday and I had to wade through a series of "set up" questions, which included establishing email accounts, when I turned it on.
During the process the computer timed out and now will not let me back into it as it requires a password (that wasn't established).
Frustrated, I contacted Dell "customer support" and was told that I would have to wait until Monday (it is now Saturday morning) to have access to the department that will be help to help me register the computer or determine if I need to order a new one.
