Buyer Beware

Buyer beware. Do not buy. Received the item, the whole box smells of dead bananas and even the laptop. The laptop is extremely dirty. Powered up to a clean install of windows 7, then noticed that the entire keyboard does not work. Quality grade POS.

Overall a decent laptop. Beware of the missing WiFi and Bluetooth adapters !!

This was a decent laptop, considering the price I paid for it. However, it was advertised as having a Wireless LAN, and the one I received did not have any wireless adapter. I could have used a USB wireless adapter, but having one stick out the side just isn't what I had in mind. Apparently, this laptop can also have Bluetooth, but there was no Bluetooth adapter inside. 2 strikes against it right out of the box.

All in all this is a good laptop, but I had to return it because of the lack of a wireless adapter, and I absolutely need one (internal) for the work I do. I could have purchased one I suppose, and installed it myself, but I just don't have the time. Had to return this.

P.S. Whoever had it before me did not take very good care of the power cord, or the laptop itself. Several scratches on both. Oh well. I decided to grab a much better laptop.

I received my refurbished Latitude E6410 and I couldn't be happier. The product was carefully packaged, immaculately clean and a beautiful piece of engineering and design. I was easy to set up, the WIFI connected seamlessly. The battery charged to 100% in less than 30 minutes. It does not have MS office and I easily installed office 2010 that I had already purchased. I read other negative reviews for this product and can only say that they perhaps purchase from sellers other than the Amazon Prime designated seller. This is a phenomenal value.

It had problems

It is probably an excellent computer but the #2 key was inoperative. I could not even activate Windows without that key. This was a refurbished unit but they didn't check closely enough. I will be more wary of "refurbished" in the future. I returned the unit the next day after receiving it.
