Failed within first year, no help from seller

This battery completely failed within 12 months - it will no longer accept a charge. I was unable to find any warranty period in the description of this battery, so I contacted the seller and asked them but they have not replied.

There are other sellers who clearly state 1-year or 2-year warranties for laptop batteries, so next time, I will verify their warranty policy before I purchase.
