This messenger bag is very well made. The seams and stitching are well done. The straps, buckles, and snaps are all secure. It looks really sharp. The leather looks aged, rugged, and beautiful. It gives a masculine touch to the bag while the color of the cotton, denim canvas gives it a little softer look. The leather combined with the buckles give it a classic feel. The leather handle gives it a touch of class. The strap, on the other hand, is very utilitarian in nature.

I'm really impressed. Somehow this bag hides it's size beautifully. The front panel hides 4 very powerful magnets and makes it possible to carry the bag by it's handle thought a beautiful and comfortable shoulder strap is provided. The bottom is wider than the rest of the bag (which I think is part of the reason it holds my entire desk) but still tucks nicely under my arm.

My MacBook Pro 15" fits perfectly on the velcroed and zippered part inside the bag leaving room for oh, so much more. The leather is well crafted and solid with proper reinforcements where needed.

The price for this quality is just a no brainer. I will use this bag for a long time to come. What's even more impressive is the company offers a 1 year warranty and shows a remarkable eargerness to back it's word.

Fantastic bag. I love it. I did have some problems, my 13 laptop just barely fit and it is to small for holding my thermos or sandwiches for work. Overall if I was a student and needed it for tablets and books it is great. The craftsmanship if great. I bought a bigger bag for work but was so impressed with this one I kept it any way. Just be aware it is a small bag.

Gorgeous distressed vintage look yet sturdy and well-made!

I was stunned when I received this laptop case. It's really gorgeous. I love vintage things, and the leather and canvas have a great distressed look, giving the appearance of being an antique-shop treasure.

But don't let that fool you: it's an extremely sturdy and well-made bag. The leather flap and front straps are soft but strong. The straps conceal powerful magnets, so you don't actually have to buckle/unbuckle to open the bag. You can use the top carrying handle or the generous, comfortable shoulder strap, which can be worn over one shoulder or cross-body.

There are the two outside pockets as shown, another pocket on the other side, and several sections inside. The inside is a bit snug. I requested the wrong size; this is for a 14" laptop and my 15" Lenovo Thinkpad doesn't fit in it. That extra inch made it too tight. So just be sure you measure your laptop carefully. However, it's just such a great bag that I can't bear to return it! I'm an herbalist and might use this as an herbal "doctor's bag." Would also be perfect for a student, for carrying books and papers. A tad heavy, but that's to be expected with leather and canvas.

A vintage-looking case for toting modern technology. Love it!

Classy, Prestigious, Very Functional

This canvas briefcase / messenger bag is classy, prestigious and oh so functional. The bag is made of soft, supple leather and cotton canvas. The back has a snap pouch where you find the shoulder strap located. Open the two buckles on the front to find two large pockets held with magnetic snaps. Open the zipper to reveal the spacious interior which has a lightly padded divider with a Velcro strap to help secure your notebooks or iPad from slipping out when you lay the bag on its side. Inside you also find two smaller pockets and two pen holders along with a well crafted zippered pocket.

This bag is very high quality and I see and feel it every time I pick it up to use it. Up until this bag, I have been using large purses made of pleather. I am contract labor so I need to carry all my books, papers, phone and iPad. When I was offered to review a canvas bag I agreed as I wanted something more designed to meet my needs. Not sure what I would I get, I must say this bag greatly surpassed my expectations. From the moment I opened the box I was impressed with the high quality.

This is a high quality bag that would be a great gift for yourself or others.

A Stylish and Highly-Functional Laptop Bag

I was provided this product in exchange for an honest review. Over the years, I have tried several different laptop bags of varying quality and I have to say that this offering from DesertWolf ranks up there with the best I have tried. First of all, it has a unique weathered appearance. The stylish look is a bug contrast from the usual polished or sleek laptop bags you normally see on the market. Secondly, it is highly-functional with plenty of bag space for a laptop, plus additional accessories. Finally, the bag comes with a very useful shoulder strap which makes it comfortable to carry, even if you have it filled up to maximum capacity. Overall, this is a tremendous product and I have really enjoyed using it to transport my laptop. Five stars for a well-made, quality laptop bag that has its own unique flair.

Beautiful, but don't abuse it!

This bag is beautiful! I received it as a gift, and the quality is great. Many people have asked me where to get one for themselves.
I do however, want to let would-be buyers know that I don't recommend this bag for college use, which is how I have been using it. I don't blame the bag or the makers itself, more so the ridiculous weight of college that has the be hauled around campus.

I have had this bag since Christmas and immediately, one of the buttons broke off. I blamed myself for trying to shut an enormous amount of school books in there. And just today, while walking around campus, the metal link that attaches the strap to the bag broke into two pieces.

I love this messenger bag, but I will not be using it for school anymore.
