The keyboard arrived in a timely fashion and was packaged properly. A key fell off shortly after installlation. Then dash key repeats. I physically fits, however, I am not sure it is intended for NE56R41U as the top row of keys don't function.

I've had this thing for around a month, the laptop isn't moved around a lot, and already five keys have popped off. I never lost a key before putting this keyboard on. They pop off way too easily, and are near impossible to get back on.

I bought the Gateway NV0P10u as a Black Friday special but I hated the keyboard because the keys didn't have defined gaps between each other. This replacement has nice gaps between the keys. Although it is still not what I would want in a business laptop, it is much much better. Highly recommended. If you notice problems with the keyboard, recheck your installation. I failed to properly lock the connector for the keyboard cable on the motherboard the first time I installed.
