I went through two other companies before I got this one, and I must say this one is the best. It fits perfectly in my Toshiba Satellite C855-S5123. The other two companies said that there's would fit and operate perfectly, but they both shifted and didn't sit well; and often just stopped working. Don't waste time and money, if you often wreck your keyboard then just buy this one.

Worked like a charm after I took the battery out of the computer to reset it. Lol!! The service was wonderful! Good replacement keyboard

Keys were starting to fail on my Toshiba Satellite. I thought I was going to have to have it serviced, or buy a new one. I looked at replacing the keyboard on youtube, and it looked pretty simple. This Keyboard had good ratings and was only $16. Installation was easy and only took a few minutes. It looks just like the original, and fit perfectly. The only reason I gave it four stars was that one of the keys came a little miss-shaped/bent, But it still works. I like my laptop and this was much cheaper that replacing it. The Factory Original keyboards were over $50. Now my two year old computer is working perfectly again.

Not a perferct replacement

Arrived on time and looks and feels exactly like the original.
Only two issues.
1.) The ribbon cable is in the way of a required circuit board screw and you cannot move it out of the way - so you can't fasten that screw.
2.) The keyboard does not "click" completely into place so it lifts on the bottom right and left corners (can't do it no matter how hard I try).

Otherwise it is fine.

Fairly easy to install, and has saved me a lot of grief after destroying my old keyboard on accident. Some of the keys stick a little but it's far better than having to replace my whole laptop. Would be five stars if not for keys sticking on occasion (space bar mostly).
