18 Touch Key Pad Saves Time and Money

The Kmashi Financial Account Ultrathin USB 18 Touch is now a highly utilized electronic in my house. My laptop, like most others, does not have a keypad and I find myself struggling. Now that I have this Numeric pad my typing speed is up. I actively enter data into my spreadsheet and this has saved me a lot of time. Not only is this product a necessity it is high quality for such an amazing price. The keys are soft to touch and durable, the USB is slim and sits almost flush with my laptop. The bottom of the touch pad has rubber grips so it's not going anywhere. I did notice that you have to touch the number lock on the touch pad for it to work and then I have to touch the number lock again when I want to go back to typing. No big deal just something I will have to get used to. I recommend this product to save you time and money. I did receive this product as a promotion so that I may leave my unbiased honest opinion.

I love my ten key. As an accountant, that's what you use for numbers on the keyboard, not the top row. Im reading the reviews and they are very lengthy and detailed but let me just tell you. This is a great product. The only con is that you have to hit the num lock to activate it and de-activate it. But that's really ok with me. Was a little hard to get used to but I don't use my laptop all that much anyways. Overall, still deserving of 5 stars and I would highly recommend. The major perk to this product is that since its not attached to anything, you can put it anywhere. I received this product at a discount in exchange for my review. I just want to say Im super happy to have gotten it. It has made my Accounting life so much easier.

Love this numerical keypad!

Feels just like my Mac keyboard. This is very easy to type on and doesn't have a clicking sound. The keyboard was very easy to install. Also you just need to plug in the USB Adaptor without installing any device drivers. I can simultaneously use my wireless keyboard and this numerical keypad.

Pro: Lightweight, about the right size for a 10 key, good key responsiveness, uses a AAA battery instead of AA, small wireless plug-in to PC, reasonable price.

Con: No place to store plug-in attachment! I can see this easily getting lost. No on/off function; there is a hibernation feature but it isn't described very well.

Installs In One Step - Makes Laptop Use So Much More Convenient!

I am so accustomed to working on a desktop with a number pad built in to they keyboard that when my computer crashed and my husband had to work on it - I was forced to rely on my laptop which only has that awful bar of number keys across the top of the keyboard. This is unendingly aggravating because I do a lot of typing - I do some data entry and spreadsheet work and not having my right hand number pad slows me down tremendously ... it just was not an acceptable or workable situation. So, when I was offered the opportunity to try out the Kmash Financial Accounting USB attachment I could not have been any more excited. Seriously, I nearly jumped for joy.

The USB 10 key is super easy to use - you simply plug in the small USB adapter into a USB port on your computer. It's plug and play - it sets itself up. You may see a pop up when you hook it up - or you may not - just depends on the type of computer you have. Mine didn't have a pop up - I just plugged it in - went to a work document and started typing - and like magic... voila! I had a number pad.

I really loved that this model is wireless. It allows my to position the pad off to the right of my laptop and reach over comfortably to use it. It's convenient. I also really liked that the usb plug in was tiny and short - which for me prevents it from breaking off in my computer or getting bent if I bump something with my laptop.

The keypad is sturdy, durable and the keys depress just lije you would expect them to on your typical keyboard. I love that it did not slide around on the table easily. It stayed where I put it even when I was typing on it. It did not glitch out my computer and it installed instantaneously with no issues.

This is product that has made my laptop 100% more user friendly for my purposes.Read more ›

I received this Kmashi Financial Accounting Ultrathin USB 2.4G Mini wireless Nano Receiver Numeric Pad which comes with 18 keys and I am so happy than I was picked to receive this product at a discount in exchange for an honest and unbiased review because I have been in need of one of this as you can see my laptop Macbook Pro 13-inch, Mid 2012 doesn't have the numeric keyboard and most of the laptops are missing it, then every time I want to do numbers, either my accounting (personal) or any kind of numeric operations I always have to use the keys from the keyboard and that way is hard to find everything around the whole keyboard.

The keyboard comes with a battery and a receiver to connect to the USB port as you can see in the picture in this review, the size is very comfortable for the hand and my mac didn't have any problem recognizing it, I just closed the installation box were the Mac was trying to find the kind of keyboard (you can see the message box in one of the pictures) and worked right away.

I normally use the calculator installed in my Dashboard as you can see in other of the pictures and I was able to use it without any problem, I didn't see any light on in the pad but I guess thats normal, then after all I am very please and happy to add this little gadget to my laptop accessories and the good thing is than the size is ver compact than won't be a problem to add it in my laptop case because doesn't take too much room!

I am a happy customer and I will recommend this numeric keyboard for any person who deals with a lot of numbers, it will make you life easier!!!
