adjustable laptop desk

poorly constructed. brackets were not level, causing adjustable part to not open and close properly and has a slight angle.

Cheap quality, not safe.

I returned this product and waisted about $20 for shipping. Turned out to be of cheap quality and inconvenient. It's very low and has sharp metal parts underneath which scratched my legs pretty badly. Be careful.

Exactly what I needed!

I don't use my desk, my chair is hard, and uncomfortable. If I'm at home, I'm on my laptop. This gives me ample room for my legs to fit under it, and I'm not a supermodel. The lifted portion of the lap desk lifts my entire 17 inch laptop to a very comfortable position. I used to hate typing on my laptop, now I don't mind it at all. The only down side is that the sides that don't lift aren't quite big enough to use a full sized mouse. I've had to rig a hard flat surface so that it's under my laptop, and holds my mouse and mousepad. If you don't use an external mouse for your laptop, then this will fit even a 17 inch gaming rig, with room for a cup of whatever tasty beverage you enjoy. The legs are sturdy as long as they're spread as far as they'll go, and they even "lock" into place, somewhat. You'll know if one of them isn't spread far enough, it'll collapse or be wobbly.

Worthless

I item I received was defective, one of the arms wasn't sturdy enough. It seem like s'one bent the freaking thing. I shouldn't have gave this thing any stars!!

Terrible!

This thing sucks! When you tilt up the table to use it everything slides off and the gap between them make the tablet or whatever you are trying to use slide between the gap....Did the people making this actually ever try to use it? Not cool!

The legs on this table tend to slip out of the notches so that they fold in when I don't want them to do so. The tilt grooves are not deep enough so the table inset tends to flatten when I want it to be tilted.

Nice, works well

I bought this so that I could use my laptop (a large 17" one) while lounging on the couch. It is well made, looks pretty good, is sturdy, and works well for my purposes. There is no lock for the legs, but that has not been a problem for me. The elevating center table works well, but it has dropped down on a couple of occasions - whether that was carelessness on my part or weakness of the hinge, I am not really sure, as most of the time it stays put as it should.

Overall, I was pleased with this purchase.
