Nice computer table

My husband got me this computer table so I can use my laptop on the bed. It's lightweight but pretty sturdy. I especially like that the height is adjustable.

I used this table for years for working in bed for several years.

Pros:

-- Light/easy to transport
-- Roomy – it’s easy to cross your legs under it
-- Able to adjust height, can even make front legs shorter than back to get the tilt you might want

Cons:

-- Kind of flimsy
-- After about six months of almost daily use, the legs started buckling in/going to folding position. The locking mechanisms failed on all four legs
-- The fan is quite loud
-- The fan was much louder/more annoying even when I first got it.

I now have a Kings brand table, and have a comparison review of the two tables there. I’d love a cross-between the two products!

Updated... Decent for the most part

I'm really enjoying my laptop bed-table. My 15" laptop sits nicely on top of it on the left, while I can move around and use my optical mouse comfortably on the right side of the laptop desk. Its just the perfect fit for both the laptop and mouse.

For the most part everything works out fine: decent USB cooling fan, sturdy fold-away legs (so mush so that it gets stuck/difficult to constantly fold away) and it's made to folds in half for when not in use. I also have been using it as a meal table and writing table. So far so good. I definitely recommend this for anyone who has a laptop up to 15" with enough room for a mouse.

I've read that some people found this to be made of cheap plastic and thus not sturdy. I have not found that to be a problem at all. It's hard plastic and durable, at least mines is. I however found the legs kind of hard to repeatedly fold down after being set up for several hours. It's do-able, but I hurt my hand once trying to fold it back down. And so, I just leave the legs unfolded when I know I'll be needing to set it up again. So I rate it 4 stars, because it's feels like it kind of locks into place and difficult to fold down the legs without feeling like I may have to break my hands or break it just to fold it way. It's a little too sturdy I'll put it.

Updated:
Legs start to bend and spread under the weight of my 15" laptop overtime. So, now it's sitting on my dresser with a cookie jar underneath it to ensure that the legs doesn't continue to bend. I'm glad I was able to find another use for it. I now rate it 2 stars instead of 4.... only because I really like how it looks on my dresser and I can still set my laptop there and use it while I'm standing up or sitting in a barstool.

Anyway, I now use a wooden laptop table when on my bed, and it's wooden legs gives me no problems. Sometimes plastic just doesn't cut it.

Very poorly built. Do not waste you time or money. Legs are flimsy and cracked on the second use. Don't be fooled get a good one.
