Highly Recommend This Product !!

Excellent product! This product does exactly what it should do! It cooled my laptop down a lot. At work, my laptop is running 9 hrs non stop. Obviously I notice it hot when I disconnect to take it home.

After placing my laptop on top of the cooling pad, it was extremely effective! I could not feel any heat. It wasn't even warm! I know every laptop is different but for my laptop, it had definately evaculated a lot of heat. I even asked my colleague to touch my laptop and touch his. He was also surprised how effective this pad had performed.

Design wise, it looks simple and clean, which I like. But most important factors I noticed on this pad is that: It is made out of metal, very light weight, simple USB connector, fans are very quiet, and the rubber grip pads located bottom to prevent from moving and slipping. Also love the two kickstand for the extra height.

So far, I love it. If anything goes wrong, I will update my review. As of now, I would highly recommend this product.

Portable cooler for laptops.

This is perfect for what I needed. It keeps my 17" laptop cooled off completely. Nicely made and sturdy. I really like the way it hooks into the USB port. I would recommend this product to anyone.

Great product, even better customer service! I had a defect issue with my newly purchased cooling board and within a couple of days I received a new one in the mail. Works like a charm and laptop runs the smoothest that it's ever ran in a while!

Works great. But sometimes the fans won't start and you have to give them a push, and I'd love if the had some rubber buts on top to help keep things in place better

So I bought a different cooling pad which works better and it don't have a wiggly USB port issue

I purchased this item for an Alienware 17" laptop and found it to be very frustrating from the day that I purchased it. I don't know whether or not the USB ports on the back of the fans were the issue but they seemed to be loose so the fan would stop working or wouldn't even start up; I had to move the USB cord around until the fan would kick on and then anchor it down. If I shifted the laptop at all then the fans would turn off. I even tried to find a way to open the fan area to maybe tighten the USB ports down. The front holder to hold the laptop on it broke within a week and a half. However, due to current location in the world, shipping it back to get it fixed wouldn't have worked and it just wasn't a hassle at that point. So I bought a different cooling pad which works better and it don't have a wiggly USB port issue. Maybe I just got a bad item, but I wouldn't and didn't buy this product again.
