This is touted as a replacement for the AsusG74sx. The Asus G74SX requires a 150 Watt or better Charger/adapter. This is 120 Watt.

My current brick went out on my ASUS G74, and this is a good replacement.
Be wary on purchasing off brand replacement chargers however, as they may have a lower output and lower outout means slower processing performance for your laptop. I'd highly suggest researching up on that. But this is a great quick replacement if you need one right away.
