They were advertised as having 4gb of dedicated video card memory when I bought.
They refunded me only 75$ for 2GB difference. I Think the partial refund should be better.
If you gonna buy from COmputer King, confrm the exact configuration for the notebooks.

I bought one of those, but I have a problem with sound output. So I bought the adapter which is splitting headphones/mic. But this still doesn't work properly. I thought that was a software problem, but it's not. I am really frustrated about this small thing, which becomes a big problem.
But the computer is really good, everything works great.

A mixed review

This laptop is marketed to gamers, who apparently have different needs than do regular computer users, like me. This was, however, the only moderately priced laptop that seemed to meet all my needs.

PROS:
+ The solid state drive is a dream in every way. It's very fast, and it feels clean. I won't ever go back to a hard drive.

+ The screen resolution is excellent.

+ The keyboard keys are large and comfortable, the touch is pleasant, and there is a numeric keypad, which is a requirement for me.

+ Being able to play BD disks on this machine is also important to me, and the BD drive with which this laptop was upgraded now works acceptably. When the laptop arrived, the bezel that allows me to open the drive without chipping a nail was broken, but a call to the nice, knowledgeable and helpful man at Computer Upgrade King had a replacement bezel in my mailbox in a day or two. The drive skips slightly toward the end of some disks, but although that's not optimum, it's a flaw I can overlook. And the service at Computer Upgrade King is outstanding.

CONS:
- I spend a lot of time with this laptop, and my biggest complaint is with the keyboard. The use of red lettering on the keys will only please people who rarely use them. The red color doesn't contrast strongly enough with the black keys, so they are very hard to read in most light levels and next to impossible in dim lighting. Making the command icons and symbols tiny and all lower case only exacerbates this problem. In some lighting situations, the red underlighting around the keys can make it marginally easier to see what's on them, but not enough to correct the problem. The underlighting is otherwise annoying, and I keep it turned off.Read more ›
