I have used this "HP Pavilion 13-s020nr x360 Convertible 13.3-Inch Laptop" for over 2 weeks. I chose not to quickly review it before I throughly tested it and especially wanted to see the recent Windows 10 upgrade. This HP was shipped with Windows 8 and with the promise of quickly receiving Windows 10 as soon as it was released. I received Windows 10 a few days ago and immediately installed it on this HP. The upgrade came out earlier than expected. I also have 2 other Windows 8 laptops and just received their Windows 10 update last night. This HP runs Windows 10 perfectly. The product specs page had a big error. It listed the processor as an Apple A-5. I asked Amazon to correct their error to a Processor 2.1 GHz Core i3-5010U. This i3-5010u is state of the art and Intel's newest 5th generation i3 processor designed especially for light weight laptops to be integrated for such as the RAM 4 GB DDR3L SDRAM and hard drive of a device like this HP.Do not even worry about an i-5, because this mighty i3 is more than sufficient for the demanding usage. While this type of HP has been available for a year, it has been modified. If you Googled the model number you will find its predecessors. Some of which have lower or less modern integrated various parts yet they are the same price as this HP. This may be due to the millions built and are still in the warehouse. Some of which even have a weaker Celeron processor. This specific HP is the newest model of its kind at the time of writing this review.

I like the lightweight and quality of this HP. It is slim and only 0.85 inches thick and weighing about 3.5 lbs. It highly resembles a MacBook Air at first sight, however there some differences between the Mac and the HP.

The HP Pavilion is easy to start up. I followed the quick start paper and was connected to the internet and running 15 minutes after taking it out of the box.

This is a perfect size computer. Whether staying home or taking to go this convertible touch screen is remarkable. The computer screen is a little over 13 inches about the size of a tablet. The convertible movement of this computer makes using it for gaming, viewing and reading completely customizable.

This laptop works in 4 different modes:

Tent
Stand
Notebook
Tablet

The laptop weighs only over 3.71 lbs and has a humungous hard drive (500GB) and a 6 hour battery. Perfect for on the go.

There are multiple input ports:
2 USB 3.1
1 USB 2.0
1 HDMI
1 RJ-45
1 Headphone/Mic
1 Multi-Format SD Media Card Reader

The webcam is front facing and we use it in tent mode for Skype. It is a HP TrueVision HD Webcam

This fully loaded computer has Windows 8.1 and the customizable home screen means you are getting the computer that is perfect for YOU!

The software included is:
Microsoft Games
McAfee LiveSafe™
Dropbox
Solitaire
Mahjong
Netflix
Mysyms

Style Name: Core i3 with Windows 8.1 Vine Customer Review of Free Product ( What's this? )
I got this through the Amazon Vine program to review. This is a decent computer; it's not the fastest computer out there and the Window 8 Operating system that comes installed on it is awful. I have yet to upgrade it to Windows 10, but it does come with the ability to update to Windows 10.

I mainly used this computer to work on my blog and was really hoping that the web camera would be adequate for filming videos for my blog (right now I record video on my Galaxy Note 4). The web camera was okay, but not nearly as good of quality as my Galaxy Note 4. It would be fine for video conferencing though.

The touch screen works well and I do enjoy the fact that you can use this computer in tent and tablet configurations. Although we were hoping that my son could use this some in place of his Kindle tablet and it's just to awkward and heavy to replace a normal tablet.

I guess in the end this is a decent notebook computer; it's good but not great. I actually ended up not using it that much. It's heavier and takes longer to boot up than my Chromebook (which does everything I need to do for blog work) so it hasn't replaced my Chromebook during travel. It doesn't take video that's better than my phone, so I am still using my phone for video blogging. And it is heavy and awkward to use in tablet mode so it hasn't replaced my son's Kindle HDX. The screen is too small for good web design work so I continue to use my desktop computer with 21" monitor for that work.

I guess in the end this would be a good computer for those who want to do some basic Microsoft Office type of work and surf the web. It's a good computer for those who need a general purpose computer but don't need anything we super awesome processing capability. It's kind of a Jack of All Trades computer...it does a lot of things well but nothing spectacular.
