I actually just ordered this laptop. Before I did, I contacted the seller who sent me the specs. I thought I would share it here in case others are as confused by some of the conflicting answers (such as does it have Bluetooth) as I was. They also stated that "Upgrading these laptops are not easy. you will have to have a professional to do the job because, in order to access the RAM the laptop will have to be completely disassembled."

I am still learning my away around this laptop and Windows 8.1. I enjoy the fact that I can switch from touchscreen to keyboard without any problems. Since my PC, tablet and phone is touchscreen and my old laptop wasn't (well let's just say I would find myself touching the screen to my laptop and wondering what was wrong). The touch on this is laptop is easy and accurate. The keyboard takes a little getting to use to; but so far I'm happy with my purchase.

Nice Computer - Sharp Edges

I have only had this computer for a few days, but there is one thing I have noticed. The edges of the computer are very sharp and uncomfortable on your hands unless you are sitting above it/ This is not the way I use it; I hold it on my lap. I am going to look for some kind of padding to cover the edges. As for the computer itself, I like the speed, touch and graphics. I don't use the touch screen feature but some people probably like that. Windows 8.1 is going to take some getting used to but overall I am happy with my purchase.

I did nit like this computer. In fact I sent it back. It does not have a cd burner and the touch pad is eextremely sensitive to a fault. I couldn't type without clicking or jumping all over the screen. The speed and quality was great but that was just too much a downfall for me
