It did not have an optical dvd/cd drive. Advertisement was unclear. It did not specifically itemize a DVD/CD drive as being included, but photo accompanying the ad specifically showed a CD as part of the package. Turns out the CD was a loadable copy of Windows 8.1 but in order to use it, it would be necessary to purchase a portable CD player. Returned it for a refund but as of this date have still not had a response from seller. Very disappointed. As of right now I would not recommend this to anyone.

This thing is so slow. I bought it from MicroCenter and returned it. I am very computer savvy, and trust me, this laptop sucks.Usually I don't write bad reviews but I was very irritated by this machine. It wouldn't even boot up half of the times I turned it on. Wow. Get something else.

I really like it. My only complaint is that for a male I have big hands and resting my hands below the key board will hit the built in mouse with cause issue when writing a paper. I did by a USB mouse that I used because I really do not like the built in mouse it works really weird and stiff.
