Lousy customer service.

They sent me a defective part. Then they made me jump through hoops to get a return label. I ended up having to file complaint with Amazon before they became helpful. Even then they said I couldn't have a refun because the part was defective. Again, I had to threaten to file another complaint. I told them that the part was defective when I got it and still they were less than helpful. When I threatened to file another complaint they finally agreed to send my refund. In the end I got it but, I have never had to deal with such unhelful people from Amazon before. I would recommend that you not do business with these people.

Perfect replacement screen

I was going to buy a monitor for my HP laptop after I broke the screen. On a whim I checked to see if a replacement was available on Amazon. After viewing "How to replace the screen" videos on You Tube, I bought this screen. It arrived 2 days later in perfect condition. It took less than 30 minutes to remove the old screen and install the new one. It work perfectly. It even appears to be brighter than my original HP screen.
Just a hint if you are considering replacing your screen: Use a magnet to magnetize your screwdriver. This will make it much easier to reinstall the tiny screws.
