Great service with the product

I ordered this battery so I could finally use my computer without the need of a close outlet. I recieved a battery 3 days after the ordered, but it ended looking like a different battery from the ad. I was furious about this battery I recieved, wanting to get a full refund in order to get the correct battery for my laptop. I was informed that their was a shipping error with my order, which was the reason for the different battery. I was given a full apology and they informed me they will send my correct battery with express shipping. I recieved the second battery two days later, which was the correct battery described in the ad, and now I can use my laptop without the outlet agan. The battery works great, using more than 2 hours so far on a full charge on high perfomance. If it wasnt for the apology and great customer service I recieved from EZ Tech, I would had given them a nasty review. I am thankful that there are trustworthy and respectful business people who take pride in maintaining their customer service.

this is not a HP battery

this battery is not a HP battery and can last 2 hours when it's fully charged. It's shipped very quickly and if you don't mind the brand, I think it's ok then.

Dead After a Month. DO NOT PURCHASE.

I ordered this battery for my HP Pavilion dv6 as a replacement battery about a month ago. 30 days later, it has completely stopped working. I plugged it in earlier today and hours later was surprised to discover that it was at 0% and not holding a charge. After restarting it, it will still not hold a charge. I attempted to use the battery diagnostics tool in the HP Support Assistant but it quit multiple times in the middle of the check, probably because the system is not running on battery power right now.

I am thoroughly disappointed because I spent a considerable amount of money (for a poor college student) on this battery in hopes that it would have a long battery life and last a long time, but I was clearly wrong. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.

Perfect Battery Replacement

The battery for my HP G62 had died after a little over a year after its purchase, so I needed a replacement. I was not looking forward to dishing out more than $80 for a battery at a brick and mortar store; so as usual, I came to Amazon to search for a compatible replacement at a reasonable price. I came across this one and was a bit skeptical at first, after having read some good and bad reviews, in regards to its compatibility and its 'fit'. As a student, the need for a battery was urgent; so I took a chance on this one due to the fact that the price was a fraction of that of its competitors. I recieved the Battery about 38 hours later, and was anxious to find out if it would be a perfect fit, and if it will work as advertised. I wasted no time in replacing the old battery in order to test its capabilities. After a few months of having it, I am glad that i took a chance and made this purchase it works better than the original; it holds its charge for what seems to be 50-75% longer than the original. I constantly have music playing while browsing the web/while conducting research, and the battery lasts well over an hour and a half to two hours without needing a recharge. Its the same size as the original, so needless to say it fits perfect. The only Con is that this battery seems to take a bit longer to fully charge, than the original battery(40-60 minutes of charging, to achieve 100% battery life) however, thats not a problem for me at all.

Thank you so much! My laptop battery died on me and I needed a new battery ASAP. This battery was affordable, was delivered in only a couple of days, and works perfectly. I can now use my laptop for hours and hours on nothing but battery life! Highly recommended.

HP Battery Replacement

So my laptop had been overheating to the point that I had to have a cooling pad on it at all times. Occasionally as I turned on the PC I'd get a message saying that the battery was bad and needed replaced. Finally I looked up the bype of battery and bought one. Immediately after switching out the batteries I noticed my laptop was running smoother. Now that I have cooling pads I still use them, but I've gone without using them and my laptop still works fine, as long as I don't block the vents. If you have an HP laptop overheating, I definitely recommend checking into getting a new battery. The only reason I didn't give this 5 stars is since it is the same type of battery I'm not convinced it won't start having the same issue with in the year, but if it doesn't hopefully I'll remember to update this.
