Stay away from HP.

We purchased this product because we wanted a computer that had windows 7. A few months after we bought it the computer started having problems and software issues. We contacted HP, went round and round with them. They sent us a set of disk to reload the software, after reloading the software we realized that it loaded windows 8, not windows 7. Contacted HP again, oh yea you will never speak with anyone at HP, its all computer and email communication. Never spoke with a real person. They refused to load windows 7 on the computer. Stated it was only made with windows 8. Having more software issues and am fed up with this computer. Will never buy a HP computer again.
