Make sure it will fit.

They deleted my first comment and still have not changed the title. You need to ensure it will fit you laptop as it is not a generic fit for all DV4 DV5 DV6 as the title implies. It did not fit my HP DV6. I did return it and with more searching I found on that would fit.

I would buy this battery again. the only thing that I don't like is that I have a 17 inch screen laptop and this is better for a smaller laptop as the way it sits is awkward but it was worth the purchase.

I had gotten a smaller 6 cell battery as a replacement for the one that was dying on my HP Pavilion. This battery solved two problems, maybe three. First, the battery lasts. I had not had battery life like this since I got the laptop. Then the additional cells make this batter bulge which is fine for me because it lifts the laptop for better air circulation. The laptop runs cooler now. Finally, the added hump raises the keyboard at an angle which I prefer for typing. I'm happy with this purchase.
