Ok bag, NO High Sierra Warranty!!

The bag has a lot of pockets, folds flat easily, etc. Cool bag. HOWEVER, just five months after purchase the bag fabric ripped away from one of the zippers. I asked High Sierra for warranty support and was told, "This bag is made under license for High Sierra by Leeds. Warranty and part requests for this bag would be handled by Leeds. Please visit www.leedsworld.com or email customerservice@leedsworld.com for assistance with your bag." ***This is in my opinion deceptive and unethical.*** I expected a warranty based on my review of the High Sierra website before selecting the bag. I don't see a similar warranty statement on Leed's.

First off it is a very nice laptop back pack

Just got the "High Sierra Fly-By" black backpack. First off it is a very nice laptop back pack. It had padding in thr bottom and all around thr laptop area and has many spots/compartments for storage. Zippers look sturdy and the padding for thr straps/back look great.
