My sister recently bought a NEW laptop and left a air freshener on top of the laptop and somehow the liquid ended up ruining the screen. After a Short talk with dell they said we would be glad to fix it for 200 dollars which the whole laptop cost around 270 bucks. I said screw this ill order the screen and replace for you by 150 bucks cheaper. Great product and really fast shipping. The laptop screen I replaced was a Dell Inspiron 3520 (2013)

Good replacement, especially for the price

Good replacement, especially for the price. I used this to replace my screen for a Dell Inspiron 15R SE 7520. The original screen supported 1920x1080 resolution. This screen only supports up to 1366x768 resolution.(Which as a graphic designer is driving me crazy) I did fine the screen replacement that supports 1920x1080 but it was $200. So as a warning to others out there, this only supports 1366x768.

Edit: After having it for a couple of days I already have two dead pixels.

If Looks Don't Matter Go For It

Dell service tag reference gave the exact part number that I ordered. Item arrived in great shape and well packed. One fly in the whole pie. The part was the right part number but was approx 1/8 of an inch thicker then the original part. Dell must have snuck in a ringer at the last minute so you have to ship the computer back for repairs. It works just fine but screen housing will not reseal since the screen is just too thick.
