i bought this with the fact in mind that i was getting a $5 cooler, so don't expect a top-quality brand.
I read all the pros and cons from the reviews (on other pages) & thought it was reasonable so i got it.
even though i wasn't expecting much from a $5 product, i am more than happy with the cooler. it's a $5 product that "simply works"

-as the others have mentioned, this cooler defeats the purpose of a "LAP"top... so i wouldn't recommend it to those who want to use it on their lap, but for me i always leave it on a desk so it doesn't matter.

-& for those who are saying that the board is too thin, it doesn't matter because the weight of the computer goes onto the four legs, the middle plastic part is there to just hold the fans.

-the blue lights are cute and all but just as others also have mentioned, i wish there was an on and off button.
it's fine at home, but if i were in a public library or whatnot it'd be kind of embarrassing/annoying...

overall, the product works fine. if you usually use your laptop on your desk, like me, i would recommend it. it's a good buy.

oh & one last thing. it's quiet, & my laptop doesn't slide around when i use this :)

This product is SWEET!!! i used it the day i got it, and i couldn't believe my eyes, a $5 fan for my laptop that lights up blue. AWESOME!! i have been using the product eversense and i gotta say its sturdy and lasts long, as long as you take care of it. i recommend this product for all laptop users, its a great way to reduce the heat level on your laptop. 5 Stars on this product.

My husband got one of these in December and didn't really use it much, so I "borrowed" it. The 3 fans run quietly and REALLY help keep my laptop from overheating when I am streaming videos or working on projects for many hours. My husband eventually decided he should use one too, so we ordered a second one. It works, but seems to be warped or something, because the fan "buzzes" against the laptop any time you shift it just a bit too much off its happy place. VERY annoying. Wish we'd sent it back right away, but for the price we may just buy another one instead of trying to return it. Highly recommend the product, because our original purchase is still working perfectly after 6 months of daily use, but definitely try to exchange it if you hear a buzz.

I was skeptical because of the price but gave it a shot. It works perfectly and is very quiet. The clear base is a little flimsy, but it makes it light weight. The wiring works fine, but I looks like you need to be careful not to catch it on something. If you are planning to leave it mainly on a desk to keep your laptop cool it's a good choice. I've used it for a couple of weeks now and it works fine.

I love this product. I read the reviews some good some bad. I'm glad I didn't listen to the bad ones. A common complaint was the thickness of the plastic. The plastic is plenty thick. I suppose if you have a large oversized laptop this isn't for you. But my standard laptop works with it just fine. It does a good job of keeping my laptop cool and it looks really cool in the dark. I paid 5.62 with shipping,. and it arrived in two days. How could that not be worth it?
