This MR90Y Battery fits the bill.

Identical to my original battery. Original battery would no longer charge to more than 61%.
At first, I needed to be sure that the problem was the battery, so I disconnected the charger brick until the battery discharged a bit. Connected the charger and the battery charged... up to 61%. This gave me confidence that the charger is functioning properly. I ordered the new battery. It arrived in a few days.
Installed NEW battery, started at 20% and charged to 100%. I set the charging to "Dell Desktop mode" to extend the life of the new battery.
